Here's a recent (as of 2011-04-12) revision, rev165:

• source distribution, in tar.gz format: neuropy-0.2.rev165.tar.gz

To get it to run, you'll need to install a number of freely available dependencies:

• Python

• numpy

• scipy

• matplotlib

• wxPython (somewhat optional)

neuropy no longer depends on dimstim (except in certain circumstances), so you should be able to skip installing dimstim.
