This archive has Keith Godfrey’s retinal wave simulation code, written in C++, and wave analysis and viewing code, written in Java. It has been developed and tested and works under linux – your mileage on other operating systems may vary. It is highly recommended that you use the Sun java compiler and runtime environment, as its graphics performance is much better than some other versions.
